Who Am I?  How Do My Life Experiences Contribute To Your Understanding Of Creativity?

Required Elements:

1. Cover page with a thought provoking title, your name, and date;

2. Identify why you chose this person;

3.  Evaluate your person’s connection to the Art of Creativity:

         a) 2 page written paper, with page numbers at the bottom,

               (cover and works cited pages are not included in the page number total) AND

         b) short presentation of information to the class;

4. Identify at least two (2) outside sources for your information by properly applying MLA citation format in the writing assignment and in a “Works Cited” page at the end of the paper; and

5.  Demonstrate your ability to understand the creative process and connection to creativity themes.
