Basic Troubleshooting Techniques

Before reaching out to the Berkeley College Helpdesk, you may want to try some of these quick troubleshooting techniques on your own:

  • Restart your computer
     
  • Change web browsers
     
  • Clear your cache / cookies / history
    (Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > Browsing History)

     
  • Ensure that any files are saved, sent to your email, or backed up on a flash drive
