The library provides access to a number of databases for business research.
You can always start your research with LibSearch. But in order to concentrate on finding specific articles for the many different operations management topics, you should search one of the business databases listed below.
Remember to create a list of "search terms", and put phrases in quotes to keep the words together, like "quality management" or "just in time". Always use the Limits provided by databases to narrow down the results to certain dates or types of articles. For this and many other research projects, students need to search for "peer-reviewed" or "scholarly" articles. Many of the business databases offer a search limit by "peer reviewed", "scholarly" journals. The same search limit is available in LibSearch. Look for this "peer-reviewed/scholarly" check box among the limits.
