Honors Thesis Project Repository

Honors Program Overview

The mission of the Honors Program is to encourage and reward academic excellence, leadership, social responsibility, and scholarship within a learning community of high-achieving students and innovative scholar/teachers.  To that end, the Honors Program offers more rigorous learning opportunities to a select group of academically-qualified, highly-motivated Berkeley College students from all majors.  Honors faculty are chosen for their expertise, ability to engage students in sustained discussions, and their track record of scholarship.  Under the mentoring of the honors faculty, program participants are recognized as “Honors Scholars” for their demonstrated abilities to thrive in advanced-level seminars, to research, write, and present research papers to the Berkeley community, and to give back to the community through various civic engagement activities.
