Embedding Library Content at Point-of-Need in Canvas

How do I integrate the library's resources and collections into my Canvas courses effectively and efficiently?

Overview

The library offers a variety of electronic collections including scholarly journals, online databases, eBooks, streaming media, and digital magazines. We've also created an assortment of instructional materials that show students how to use these collections in relation to specific courses and assignments. These resources include research guides (LibGuides), FAQs, videos, tutorials, and other instructional learning objects.

All of our collections and resources can be integrated into the Canvas learning management system to make them available to your students at point-of-need. This site will provide an overview of the various ways to integrate library materials into your Canvas courses. Whether you teach onsite or online, this is a great way to build out your courses, embedding online reading lists, multimedia, and research guides right into your discussion boards, announcements, assignments, and weekly modules.
