Keywords are the search terms that you enter into a database to describe the topic of articles or information that you want to retrieve. They work much better than whole sentences for database searching. The LibSearch box below searches across many library databases, and can be a great place to start your search. It will match your keywords / phrases against the titles, abstracts (summaries) and subjects of items from most databases in the library collection. You can also easily limit the results to just books, articles or videos by checking one boxes before clicking the Search icon which will then deliver results that match what you entered.
Important Tip: Put search phrases within quotations to keep the words together (i.e., search "data security") and combine terms using "AND" (i.e., search Hospitals AND "data security" or "Electronic Health Records" AND breach)

Once you get a list of LibSearch Results:
Look in the left column for Limits like Full-text; Peer-Reviewed or Scholarly; and Publication Date, to restrict the results to recent articles. Refine your results by checking some of those options or adding another Keyword (with AND) to the Search box.
