Business cases and case studies are described as a detailed account of a business situation, describing the dilemma of the “protagonist” – a person with a job who is confronted with a company problem. Students have the opportunity to analyze the case and discuss how the situation was handled.
A Case Study documents how a process, procedure, or project has been done. These articles may not be about a particular company or organization, but focused more on an issue or common business problem, and how it was handled.
