If you live in New York, New York State of Health is the Health Insurance Marketplace to serve you. Instead of HealthCare.gov, you’ll use the New York State of Health website to apply for coverage, compare plans, and enroll. Visit New York State of Health now to learn more.

NY State of Health makes it easy for New Yorkers to compare qualified health plans, get answers to questions, find out if they are eligible for lower costs for private insurance or health programs like Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and enroll in health coverage. The new American Rescue Plan (signed into law on March 11, 2021) lowers health care costs by providing new and expanded financial assistance to New Yorkers enrolling in health insurance through NY State of Health.  This enhanced assistance is available now to current enrollees and new enrollees, including to higher-income individuals for the first time.
